Gift Cards and Shipping

Simple, reliable delivery across Victoria and beyond.

• We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but guarantee they will be dispatched
• Delivery is available Australia wide via Australia Post. Same day dispatch for all orders placed before 1pm AEST.
• Total delivery time from Order to delivery is between 1 to 4 business days depending on location.
• International delivery can only be arranged by contacting the shop directly.
• $12.95 Standard Flat Rate shipping for each order unless otherwise stated. Oversize items are priced at $24.95 delivery, and Extra large parcels are priced at $35 delivery within Australia.. These additional delivery fees will be clearly defined at checkout and on the product page.
• Drop Ship items from Le Toy Van, Wheely Bug and Stapelstein are charged at rate of $35 per order. These items are shipped direct from the Australian distributor and this fee is their fee.
• All parcels are carefully packed.
• Gift wrapping and personalised messages available on request. Once requested we will contact you to confirm.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to help.

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free postage returns.
• No restocking fee applies.
• You're also welcome to return items in person at our Mount Martha store.
• If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately — we'll sort it at no cost to you.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
