Some grandparents choose a bear the child can carry. Others choose the one the child cannot quite get their arms around yet, and wait. Sebastian is the second kind: 58cm of plush in navy, grey and black from the 2026 Plush Collection at Charlie Bears, fully jointed, with a scarf in a grey and black diamond pattern.
At that height he takes up a whole armchair, and looks entirely comfortable doing it. His grey nose is stitched by hand and his paw pads are sculpted, the kind of finish you notice when a bear is sitting at eye level. He is 100% plush, rated for ages 3 years+, and surface wash only, which suits a bear who mostly presides over a bedroom rather than visiting the garden.
