Ferm Living, Feve Kids Desk & Stool - Natural Ash

Homework mostly means drawing horses, and a horse deserves a proper desk. The Feve Kids Desk is the grown-up Feve Desk made small: solid FSC certified ash, 79 cm wide, 48 cm high and 40.5 cm deep.
Feve is French for bean, and the top curves the way one does, over four legs that narrow towards the floor. It earns its place in a small room by doing two jobs, writing desk by day and play table whenever the crayons come out. The full-size Feve Desk comes in walnut and ash for the rest of the house.
Small people also like a seat built to their own size, and they always notice when they get one. The round Feve Kids Stool answers with a seat 30 cm off the floor, in the same solid ash. It shares the desk’s four tapering legs, under a round top instead of a bean, and at 2.5 kg it moves easily from the desk to the bookshelf to the window. Set beside the desk it makes a pair, and when a grandparent arrives to admire the latest drawing, it is usually already pulled up and waiting.
