Londji, Discover the Treasure Overlay Puzzle - 40 pieces

A message in a bottle, a mermaid, a treasure hidden at the bottom of the sea — and four puzzles that have to be built to find it.
Discover the Treasure is a progressive layered puzzle set in the best tradition of Londji storytelling. The box contains four individual puzzles — 4, 8, 12, and 16 pieces — each one assembled and placed on top of the next, from largest to smallest, revealing a deepening underwater story as the layers build. What message did the mermaid leave? The child finds out piece by piece, which is the point: the puzzle is both the activity and the narrative, and neither resolves until the final piece is placed. Illustrated by Queralt Armengol in the warm, characterful Londji style. Box 24 x 24 x 8cm; completed puzzle 52 x 23.6cm. FSC paper and recycled cardboard, made in Barcelona.
