The Rainbow Ruffle Princess dress is a full costume rather than a cape-and-headdress set — a rainbow-layered dress that hits a length of 31 inches (approximately 79cm) on a 3-to-4-year-old, paired with a gold glitter fabric crown with pink felt lining and an elastic back.
