Toverlux, Silhouette by Het Wol Feetje - Underwater World
Couldn't load pickup availability
For the child who would live in the bath if allowed, here is a whole world below the surface. Underwater World is a 19 × 19 cm Toverlux silhouette by Het Wol Feetje, a wool painting of life under the sea, lit from behind in the lamp or a window.
Het Wol Feetje means the Wool Fairy, and the name is meant literally. Annefleur makes each picture in wool, and the silhouette is printed from a photograph of the finished painting. Light turns the fibres soft and deep, much as water does.
- A wool painting by Het Wol Feetje
- 19 × 19 cm on translucent polypropylene
- For the Toverlux Lamp or the Frame, sold separately
- Printed from a photograph of the original wool picture
- To be lit, not played with
Switched on after bath time, so the sea lasts a little longer for someone in pyjamas.
Dutch design, made in small numbers. A Toverlux lamp is bought once, the silhouettes forever.
