Toverlux, Silhouette by Nathaniel Santa Cruz - April
Couldn't load pickup availability
High in a blossoming tree, a squirrel wearing a hat has settled down with a book, fairies drift through the blossom, and a spring shower is passing over. April is a 19 × 19 cm Toverlux silhouette by Nathaniel Santa Cruz, a spring scene drawn in chalk and lit from behind.
Nathaniel draws in chalk on blackboard. He writes, composes and illustrates Wondergarten, the early-childhood curriculum his wife Lisa created. The silhouette takes its name from the northern spring, so here in Australia its blossom belongs to our spring, whatever the calendar says.
